I had a really nice and amazing Saturday lunch here. I did not know what I should expect when I came here but I was totally surprised and amazed. The quality of the food was amazing. Service was very attentive, friendly and I felt like coming home from the minute I walked in. I had fresh white seasonal asparagus from Alsace with lamb that was perfectly juicy. I loved it! Will come back for a dinner with a larger group.

I would say, it was as I expected / I have been told. Which is no common these days and I'm very happy with what I found. Enjoyed Asterix and it was a good choice :-) btw. loved the mirrors on the loo :-)

What a gem. In the middle of nowhere, you don’t usually find something like this. A tribute to Obelix and Asterix. The meat was perfectly cooked and delicious. The soup was also very good. Highly recommend!

Wonderful restaurant. We went on a Sunday and had one of the best steaks I’ve had. Plenty of soup to start, as much as you could eat really. Very old fashioned and unassuming decor which adds to the charm of the place. A wonderful visit to take a break during your trail walk through the forest.

A bit out of time, everything seems old at that place including the staff but nevertheless, probably one of the most « real » local auberge in the area. The menu is a bit messy but just go for the meat. It’s fairly priced despite being right on the border. Staff is nice and caring, they all speak Swiss German to accommodate the clientele that mainly comes from the other side of the border. A nice discovery, rather unexpected, will come back again.

Amazing place with outdoor seating. Must try are the four gras and filet mignon. They have size like asterisk and obelix which are a little funny to guess if you haven't read the comic series so do ask them. Lovely host and great food
